β β β β β Good ambiance of clinic. The doctor needs to be more receptive to patients' medical condition and his feedback.
Let him talk and needs to listen more attentively to patient. More engagement per interaction in limited time.
Eye contact and listening is hurried. Too pressed for time. Diagnosis should be done completely as Patient is paying a high fees for ENT services. Lesser time on her tab and more listening.
Less pre-judgemental as patient knows how he feels.
Too high fees for limited interaction. Needs to add more value-adds like computer image of Ear during consulting.
Can add more allergy related nutrition and lifestyle consultations.

β β β β β Have visited her twice now and she is a good doc. Something in my ear was disturbing a lot and after she performed a syringing procedure it is now clean and clear. Also visited her for cough which my physician cud not treat. And Now after taking the medicine for a week I am all right.

β β β β β Dr Sharika Prabhudesai is a high profile, experienced yet a genuinely good hearted doctor. She gives a lot of time to the patient to completely understand their problem and the history of their ailment. She is one of those rare breeds of doctors who wouldn't be quick to jump to a diagnosis rather she advises the patient to do some standard tests or treatments if required which will further help her in getting to the root cause of the ailment (as she did during my mother's vertigo treatment). She is also someone who seems very passionate about her profession as she gives more than 100% in the patient's assessment be it the 3rd, 4th or 5th appointment or a follow up appointment. She charges a fee of 1000 Rs and a follow up fee of 500 Rs which is very reasonable for a doctor of her calibre. We are indeed very lucky to have her treat my mother.
