She was fully invested at every step of the process and was personally present at each procedure she recommended, whenever possible, and kept a close track of the results. She took the initiative each time to determine the correct investigations to be undertaken and did her best to expedite procedures to avoid any possible delay. She personally ensured that all my records were in place so that there was no possibility of a gap in the medical history of my case. Surgery went smoothly and I am quite satisfied with the result. She is extremely professional in her field. Takes care of all the minute details regarding test results and regularly follow up with the patient. Dr. Shefali is one of the most competent doctors I have met with. I would thank her for all the efforts she took.

She attracts patients showing off her USA qualifications, gives appointment at Rosewalk Hospital, Panchsheel Park which she tells as her clinic where consultations fees is Rs. 3300/-. On seeing the reports she immediately advised surgery which was not required at all and that too insisted for Rosewalk Hospital instead of Apollo where she would be getting a good cut. Shame on such doctors who can go to any extent for the sake of money. Would advise never to consult this doctor.

As for the first timer i had a really good experience with her for my breast tumour surgery. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen & discuss. Not only has she taken a great care of my health but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches & care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. At every step she ensured i had a smooth prep , surgery and follow up. She never forget to take an update of her patient after the surgery too & i feel that’s the best thing about her. I’m still in touch with her for my further check up and she’s is really helpful with everything Im so glad i chose Dr. Shefali for my surgery and would highly recommend to become her patient!!
