Me and my family started interacting with him during my uncle liver transplant wherein the hospitality and concern shown by him was remarkable. He guided us always, provided timely feedback pre and post surgery, and was always available to us during emergencies. For Me ..vinod sharma ..it's a boon to hv a doctor like vikram raut ..
Before operation he was like a strict father ...yeh nahi karna ..voh nahi karna ...
At my liver transplantation n in icu unit ...
He was like a big brother...who cared for me ..and boosted me for early recovery ...
And after discharge at follow ups ..he became a friend ..who makes me believe..that yess ..I can win ..
Talks me about future life ..and tells me.how to take this new life
At higher levels every technician becomes empathyless ...belive in just humber ...for a big doctor a pateint is just a case number ...
But after doing more than 1000 transplants ... doctor vikram rauts empathy level increased ...and in his allied doctors...like doctor ameya ..and other team this gesture of empathy is reflecting ..n thank God. for this team pateint is a human first...not a UHID..
