★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is one of the best Doctor I met him. I lost 11 KG in four months by following diet and intermittent fasting as he suggested. We are consulting him couple of years now and become our family Physician. I very much impressed and appreciated on traditional food knowledge and ancestor practice he has gained.
He has excellent patience is understanding our health problem and provides natural way of curing . I'm very really amazed with Intermittent fasting as he suggested and I do follow along with him for 39 hours of fasting without miss every week. The results are excellent, my body is much more active than before, and most importantly, I can control my blood sugar level which was a big challenge for me earlier. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vishwanath BL is a very good doctor in Bengaluru who offers E-consultation. I booked an appointment with him requesting him to customize a diet plan to reduce my weight. I consulted the doctor via video call. In the 20 minutes session, he asked and understood my problem and recommended some lifestyle changes along with a diet plan. With his guidance through follow up sessions, I have been able to manage my weight without giving up on my favorite foods.
