Trial room is also there and bed sheets also are option if you are looking for some :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection seemed okay. But managed by an irritating lady who doesn't let you try anything inspite of a trial room. When I insisted, she asked me to wear on my clothes in the shop itself which faces a busy road. There were 3 people from the shop and I was the only customer at that time but they couldn't attend to me when I wanted to try. This lady finally suggests that I leave my phone behind if I use trial room. Didn't understand logic. Maybe people will take photos of clothes when they try? If they take pics what will they do with it ?! She can't trust me that I will not take pics, but I should trust her and leave my laptop bag outside when I try?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask if they stitch saree fall pico and custom salwars if we bring our own material... The lady speaks only Hindi and doesn't understand English. I understand Hindi but do not speak very well yet as I'm still learning the language. She could not wait for me to finish my sentence, and just hung up the phone saying in Hindi "I don't have time for you". Clearly a sign of very poor customer care and empathy.
Edit: Thankfully they responded over WhatsApp that everything is readymade and they do not do any kind of tailoring. Giving one star for prompt response.
