They gave us a credit note worth Rs. 6498 and the manager of the Commercial Street Store told me, it can be used in any of the Soch outlets all over India. The store closest to me is the one in Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road. When I went there to buy, the store managers were very rude and wasted all my time. Their names are Aditya and Abdul Riyaz. On top of this, they tell me the tailor is unavailable and it cannot be altered, when I told them I'm willing to get it altered at a different Soch store provided they talk to that store's manager and find out if the tailor can help me, he blatantly refused to do so. This is such a horrible experience and waste of time and money.
With my money being held in Soch, what legal steps can be taken. Any help will be valuable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am regular shopper of Soch in jaynagar but this time i went to shop in vega city-soch which is worse ever shop I visited for Diwali shopping. The sales persons are very bad. they do not have Customer service in mind. They are hesitant to show the dresses and also behave rudely with customer. While i am doing trial within 2-3 min one sales person rudely talk to me and ask me to come out as someone else need to go. i asked to check if they have mismatch bottom they are not ready to check as well. very Bad shop and make me to move to other brand. Do not shop in this Soch, they do not have variety, bad customer service and place is too congested try some other shops.
