★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely annoying and total inconvenience for customers who stand in the trial qeue for good 30-40 minutes that has only 6 trial rooms for a store that can have 100 customers at once. And when one does gets in at the end, its not allowed to take another piece of clothing for another change of size.
Barely took me 5 minutes to change and try and the guy didn't let me take another size.

Staff is polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stood in line for 30 mins or so before I got in a stall and 5 minutes once I get into the stall these people start knocking and telling me to come out. I didn’t get to try all the clothes nor could I try on different sizes for my jeans. If you guys can’t manage your changing rooms get a few extra stalls and stop knocking and asking us to come out. We have come at your store to buy and help with your revenue, how come are you knocking and telling us to come out? Pathetic service no help when looking for sizes as well I had to go and see for myself the sales guy just pointed in one random direction. And the collection was also very average this month. The entire staff needs to get replaced the way none of them are doing any actual work.

This person was very rude, something that is very strange at H & M store.
The return policy wasn’t clearly mentioned on bill and I tried to convey it to him. He abrupted me repeatedly and said I can’t do anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained store with proper covid norms. Social distancing is followed. The staff is very polite and active. Trial rooms are clean and well maintained. However, the variety is a bit less than the online store. Overall it's a good option for trendy clothing at a decent price.
Pro tip: They provide extra "5" membership points apart from your purchase if you have your own carry bag which is a really good initiative towards climate consciousness.
