★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice showroom and nice staff. I shop for Lakme products and and one lady named Sadaf always attends me. She not only helped me with choosing the right product but also in the billing process too. She is very friendly and full of patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good exp. One of the fav shopping places for me. It is located within Vega city mall on Bannerghatta road. So parking, covid protocol adherence etc. Is non-issue. Brand collection, trial room etc. Are exceptionally well maintained. It wasn't my first visit, surely it wasn't last as well!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Return policy is very bad. Showroom have no responsibility for the sold good and they are asking to contact life style by online to raise any complaints. Below picture show the damaged trouser after onetime usage which they refused to accept and give a replacement or credit note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collections, but not well equipped for alterations of attires. Some of the required swing machines are not available for alterations. Before buying anything Check with customer care department whether they can alter it or not.

Good to pick up most here during sales, other times, the prices can be quite steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice display of apparels with good trial rooms. Ground floor is for women apparels, first floor is for men and kids wear & footwear. Staff is well behaved.
They have few extra offers for customers opting for 'edge' package which will be useful for ppl who shop often in lifestyle shops.
