★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good .. has everything under one roof from new born till teens...giving 3 star for my experience with one of the staff at the store .. my 2 yr kid was just toddling with a complete worn out ball which was laying on the floor.. suddenly this guy comes up and says from which rack did the ball has been picked up..this ball is not for playing...he tuk the ball and just dumped it in a waste box..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropping the stars from 5 to 2 because it looks like they on verge to shutdown.
I keep going there for a Masha and bear toy though they have a dedicated section they are out of stock since 3 month and never restocked.
Same goes for few others too.
It will be shame if we lose this chain.

Not much offer.
Price is high.
Not many supporting staffs were present at that time in shop.
Support in the bill counter also was ok.
Some of the famous toy figures, price is too high.
I was planning to buy couple of them but due to too much price, not purchased any.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome toys and lots of stuff for kids. Even adults will enjoy a visit here. Love it. And their make your own doll is just too good of a experience. The packaging, gift wrapping and the staffs behavior is just amazing. I love the make you own doll section. Bought the awesome light fury and it's so so adorable. Thanks toysarus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to see that these shops are reopening but the inventory seems to be old and since before the first lock down. Need to improve on the health and safety for this place. It is right by the food court in the mall and does not have anyone manning the door or a sanitizer dispenser. With a lot of kids coming in this needs to be addressed soon. Also, maybe needs a refresh on the inventory. The items available here, even with discounts are costlier than what you get on Amazon.
