1 condition is no Registered Agreement
2. This man takes rent in cash
3 I GAVE HOM 15000 brokerage
As per the agreement the ownerhas to pay the deposit to the tenants and no prior 2 mnths intimation required.
Thiz man and the owner looted me 12500rs and did not paid me 1 mnth rent, and ne for beating owner is gunda and criminally intimidates.
Request u not to go to #Moreshwar krupa apt behind Dharma towers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know who are these people writing good reviews about them maybe they are their own people. I m living on rent in mumbai since last 6 years but this is the worst broker service I ever came across. They were behind my life for the brokerage money even before I got the keys and they never cared to check if the repair work was done or not which is usually the brokers responsibility to make sure the tenant gets house in proper condition but they were least bothered they called me 10 times for the brokerage fees even when the repair work wasn't done and I had not moved to the new apartment.
Also they will charge brokerage every year so do they check your agreement thoroughly since they will not tell you this at the time of the deal. They very well know that nobody reads the complete agreement.They will only appear at the time of taking money and rest you won't find them when you need help. Guys don't fall for these guys they are doing unethical business and unprofessional.
They are local goons and very much capable of harrasing you if you don't act according to them.
