It's a green, peaceful, and well-maintained sector of Wave City. I'm currently residing on rent in one of the Wave Floors. Superb locality and away from noise and pollution of a main city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic property nd very pathetic service. We booked our flat in 2013 nd they told us that they provide the possession in 2017-2018. But we a imitation of possession letter in feb 2022 in which they demand more 3 lac rupees from us which they didn't inform us at the tym of booking.
Please buyers never ever go for this property.

They have the pathetic quality material from which the building is made n Rickshaw services sucks apart from its greenery nothing is beautiful here. Please invest your money in the society as I regret And I wish I could give zero star here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big builder - WAVE, but still the Management is in poor shape, not able to handle and construct the Wave city which was the dream project of Late Mr. Uppal Chaddha.
1-Construction Quality isVery Poor.
2- Amenities-are still very less.
3- More no. Of CCTV and Security is needed as still any one can enter in the township a big concern of security.
4-Electric supply is a concern.
5- No Good Vegetable ,fruits shops.!
6- No Green Area In Dream Homes project but initially park was there in map.. but new management has removed the facility .!!!
7-Over all project is very much delayed and pace of construction and other facilities are minimal.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good locality. Residents have slowly started moving in into their flats. Construction is happening at a very fast pace in entire Wave City. I'm coming days it is going to be one of the best township of Ghaziabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from rushed areas of ghaziabad. In establishing phase. You will feel Peace here. but you need to travel around 2-3 km for the main gate of society. It will take min 5 years to develop more. Currently you will face many challenge here especially for household essentials things.
You can purchase flats/plots/independent house/villas here.
In current situation the whole Wave city is not covered with boundaries, security should be more active and should be more manpower to ensure people's. Locally people can easily access that infact security didn't ask you anything.
in Dream homes gate you can face security guard that good. The dedicated parking area is also good and covered as roof of solar plates to direct sunlight. You will feel the peace.
You can face problems in the night while you are alone and need to travel society main gate to your home it's nearly 2-3km.
Personally we can't get everything at everywhere. So is here. Developing and take some time to establish.
But they should tight their security checks because everyone is paying them and need security on priority.
You should visit if you looking to invest min 25 lakh or more. min budget should be 25 lakh for 1 BHK only with parking.
