★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service... Mr. Imtiyaz & Bradon was very rude, Imtiyaz was shouting on me. I booked an appointment and they refused to service the vehicle same day, forcing to keep it for two days. It seems they wanted to replace the original parts of the vehicle...After speaking with the manager they agreed to give the vehicle same day, still till 7 pm this was not done and I collected the Scooty without wash.....very poor service and looks like they are doing FRAUD with the Customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased Burgman from Dream Suzuki Andheri West and i must say that it was a hassle free buying experience. Mr. Shubham assisted me from start to end and also responded to my frequent calls without any hesitation. Upon my request he also went out of the way to get the scooter registered on priority. The on road price quoted was less as compared to other dealers as well as purchasing accessories was optional which nowadays many dealers make it compulsary. I would surely recommend dream suzuki because of the dedication and extended support provided by Mr. Shubham in getting the scooter delivered on priority. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting for servicing my bike at Dream Suzuki, and the experience have been quite good and smooth. The service also is good and proper almost every time.
Their customer experience is good, they treat you as a valuable customer and ensure they explain you the details till your satisfaction.
I met Aamir who helped in taking my bike for service and helped in sorting technical issues with registration of service and it was a good experience.
Obviously some cross sell happens while we go for servicing our bikes, but that's the part and parcel of the game, we can deny the same and they accept it humbly.
I have been to a couple of more Suzuki service centers especially the one in Asalpha and the difference in customer satisfaction is beyond comparison.

Extra efforts were taken to get our number plate delivered and installed at our place. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a lovely experience !
