★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a living hell. They shouldn't even call it a PG. No basic facilities; no water supply, electricity problem, no wifi , dirty eating place and an endless list.They also have a guest rat in their kitchen for tasting the food I guess.
The owner is not at all cooperative. Kindly don't pay the rent until you are sure about living in the PG. The owner TEJA is master in scamming and doesn't have basic etiquettes to talk to people.He should be awarded for his unmannerliness.
The PG owners only care about the money, they are not bothered about any facilities that should be provided in the PG.
The PG is not even worth rating 1 star, if only we had the ability to rate negative.
This PG has 5 owners and they don't have any communication or cooperation witihin themselves, for any problem they will make you run from one owner to other.
Basically, these people don't care for anything other than the money.
A perfect example of SCAM.

Am Residing in this PG from past 3 months we have been giving fake promises as the power back up and lift would be availble soon but still not yet installed, its impacting our day to day work and office work horriblly as we are facing power cuts min of 6hrs a day Stop maniplating people by giving fake reviews /responses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go for this pg based on the ratings. Its a complete scam. First of all the aunty doesn't even provide with the basic necessities. There is no power back up. Wifi is only suitable for limited apps. And the aunty never lets uses the lift. Each time you will be needed to climb the stairs. I just stayed there for 3 weeks, and it was a living hell. I recommend to look for any nearby pg. Atleast, there you would get the basic amenities like lift , water , power supply and wifi.
