★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay here at dreamz suvidha. Its plus point is its location and accessibility to sarjapur road. Occupancy started in june 2016 and hence there have been persistent issues. There is power back up only between 6PM to 6 Am. Water supply is still via borewell. Lifts and build quality is below par. Parking is a big issue. There are only 30 parking spots for 51 houses. Regular maintenance happens.there are no gym, swiming pool or recreation hall. All houses have atleast 2 balconies and some have 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreamz suvidha is a wonderful place where I stayed for 5 years with all facilities very well managed and stay was hasslefree and peaceful.
The plus point of this place is the location as it's within easy accessibility from ecospace, bellandur, electronic city, Whitefield.
It's also located in a nice neighborhood with good apartments and necessary shops in walking distance.
