★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location. However, on one side is a terribly stinky drain and on the other side some ongoing construction projects. Between the bad smell from the drain and the dust from the constructions, most people seem to have a perpetual cold. Also, lay-out of apartments is not very good - a couple of rooms in most flats get no light & so you have to leave your lights on all day for illumination.
