They have 3, 2 and 1-BHK apartments and the project is going on at a very high pace expecting the completion and handover in few months from now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is good and the manager was very good. I paid booking amount and due to u for seen circumstances I sent an email to cancel my booking and refund the advance I paid. They are saying in a month I will get it but none responds to my email. Can someone help me out. The project was very good but this experience is troubling me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments plan and society is quite good but the Pre sales teams are giving misinformation about quotation of the flat. They say basic per sq ft cost as total chargeable per Sq ft. but once you go there they add n number of extra charges for parking, club house, corpus amount, amenities and all increasing the costs quite significantly which is not at all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good project with many amenities and nice finish inside flats. All washroom have wall mounted flush. Spacious balcony. I booked a 3BHK flat in Tower 2, 4th floor. Looking forward to interact with other owners.

1. Very Importantly don't go for this property if you have small kid or old age elders since there is High Extention Wire passes through the property.
2. Have very high pricing as compared to A grade builders .
3. They have attitude that metro line is just 1km away from the property so they raised there pricing 3 times in month of March itself.
4. They have difference pricing for same dimensions flats stating that are premium apartment.
