★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I AM WORKING FOR NETAPP I WAS LOOKING FOR A 2BHK HOUSE IN A GATED COMMUNITY THESE PEOPLE WERE VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED ME MANY OPTIONS IT TOOK JUST 2 DAYS TO FIND MY PROPERTY AND ALL THE DOCUMENTATION WAS DONE ON TIME I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY WHICH VERY HELPFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is Satish and Raghu is the broker. These guys are fraud, they are already having settings with the owner especially in munnekallal. While preparing agreement they will never mentioned that the tenant will have to pay rent in advance i.e. with the security deposit they will request you to pay the rent. And at the time of vacating these guys will be with the owner and trapped you by saying that no one will pay rent in advance and also in agreement they will print their own name as a witness. At the time of vacating owner charged me 2 months rent and I was helpless. My owner name is Venkatramanan Rao and his brother in law is Narshimha Rao. There apartment name is Dasari homes. I have also given a police complaint and in front of police they have lied and unfortunately I have to pay 2 months rent.
Guys, I want to warn you to be careful. And better to contact some other broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are frauds with knowledge of locality that's it. No professional behavior. They along with the owner harassed me to extreme extent. I used to call and never received a call from me. I have WhatsApp screenshot which were never replied.
Owner wanted extra money just because my friends would come. Like a PG. And in such obvious scenario, I asked these people to just help me. Shift me to some other house. In just 15 days. But they never helped instead stopped receiving my calls and threatened me that they will throw me out and keep all the advance money
