1. They also don't have proper knowledge regarding the delivery attempts of the parcel itself ( i.e 3 attempts )
2. They are not able to find address in proper Location ( 410405 )
3. They dont like to deliver parcels in the specified area and process it as RTO ( RETURN TO ORIGIN ) in the first Attempt Itself , Also not calling the consignee for parcel delivery and return the parcel on there own behalf and if any customer asks for proof, Reply by the franchiser comes that " this are there personal questions we can't provide any proof for the same "
