★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible service.very incompetent and unprofessional shameless staff...my courier of Alphonso mangoes was sent by the staff by road.from pune to gurgaon..to rotten...which was meant for flight delivery.and then they say ..cant do anything about it.u bring mangoes again we will give u discount...highly insenstive to customers plight.pure harassment and mental torture...If i could give negative points i would have done that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you want to see WORST kind of people then visit this branch. They are bunch idiots who don't have any knowledge. They ask you to visit the branch to take your shipments and when you visit their branch they say that your shipment is not here, you can visit another branch but we are not sure your shipment is there too. No controls over delivery guys.
If we sell brains of this branch's employees they'll be sold in high rate because all the brains (if they have) are not used at all for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgent courier pricing is high. But it is one place which is open on Saturdays after 12pm for accepting SpeedPost. Service is good and the person was helpful. Accepts all kinds of payment card/Gpay/UPI, etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor & rude customer service! If you even try telling them they’re being rude and you don’t feel nice about being treated that way, you’ll get an even rudely structured reply with a fake smile.
And also,they (in my case it was a she) will judge you by your face, attire & age and then treated so. She treated every other (older than me) customer there fairly, or maybe they were the “regular customers” , but I think I didn’t even start off by being rude or annoying. I don’t know how to even react to the way I was treated. I was actually quite furious at the fact that I was treated badly even thought I wasn’t asking any obnoxious questions.
I literally asked them why and how were they calculating the price (which was also very unfair). I think it’s my right as a customer who doesn’t have all the money im the world, to ask questions about why I have to pay more than what I paid the last time. They basically calculated the volume (the guy doing so couldn’t read the numbers properly, I didn’t ask the reason coz LOL) and then divided it by 5000. And got some 3-3.5 Kg “weight” of the parcel. The actual weight was 2.983. But they made me pay the price of 4 Kg because apparently something terrible will happen if they calculate in decimals, or even round off to a 0.5 multiple. So yeah I had to pay for 4 Kg for a clearly below 3Kg parcel.
Will neither answer your questions in a proper tone nor efficiently , and then will reply saying “how else can I answer”, “you can go find another courier service “. Very less staffed and well yeah not so friendly staff.
If you wish to opt for this expensive service regardless, I suggest you find a better outlet.
