This instance is of 30 October 2021, had handed over them the package to deliver to Auckland (NZ) which included a lot of food items and few clothes, the value was 15k odds of the commodity and shipping charges were 20503 to be specific, which accounts to total of 35k odds. Firstly I was assured that it'll reach in 10 days so considering it I choose to send food items, now it's 8th of December, which is 40 days(four times more the time I was promised) still the package is not delivered, the funniest part is whenever we try to call the number they send us some new contact with whom we have to coordinate and they just have audacity to tell you that it's not in their control and will reach shortly. Very very unprofessional service with DTDC and its franchise owners, I booked a loss, you guys pls don't!
