★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to send a courier to Thane on an urgent basis so they took extra money from me, but the courier never reached the destination, the delivery guy is absconding. The owner has only one solution that he will refund the money. He's not ready to take any responsibility. He doesn't even answer calls. Least bothered about customer service. Horrible experience, would never recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud and Cheating service - DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SERVICE. This guy ASHISH had come for a pick up of my laptop and VoIP phone on Saturday telling us some stories on how to plunge extra money and informed us the delivery will be sent on Monday morning. But on Monday, till 3pm, no packaging done nor anything. Also they keep taking your goods to another office . THEY ARE NOT DTDC, THEY ARE 3RD PARTY WE FOUND OUT. RAISED A POLICE COMPLAINT ON THIS GUY ASHISH. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT GUYS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are liars and can tell you lies till any length. False promise about date of deliver. Will talk to you in a way that they are helping you but truth is they only want money for false promises. Will stop responding as they can't do their job at all. I doubt this person is actually associated with DTDC. If you cannot deliver in asked timeline you should deny the services but no you gave false promise. Worst experience ever. Urgency regarding the delivery was already discussed. Ashish Singh is the person who did all these lies. Prefer other services.
