today everyone in the company is saying we are unable to track your parcel, Sorry for that.
And Fortune is we were having conference call to track the parcel, Durring the call one of sm express manager said its executive to switch off the call so ignore me.
this is the unprofessionalisam level of a manager in sm express
just imagine what value they are holding!

We couriered some important stuff with them from Hyderabad it's already 15 days so far, package is still undelivered & Staff is very irresponsible & highly unprofessional office making fake commitments. They are least bothered about customer value, the way operations are being conducted........

Boys do not pay on time, so much work is done from boys And get the boys to do a lot of work, that's why the boys don't last.
