★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service. One of the men from Dubros came and called from the security cabin. He asked to do a check on the condition of the gas. On refusing him since I was alone he says that it's a compulsory check. He fought with me on the fact that he wanted to do the check despite refusing en number of times n started forcing the fact to do one. Even if there is a message that the company may have sent for a vist on mobiles, unless we personally consent it one cannot pressurise on doing any check. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one should ever register with them..they r the worse agency...forever making false promises to deliver n will waste not just one day but days of yours making false promises. Dubros gas should be shut down..it is the worse worse company. HP gas should stop supplying to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst agency that I've come across in the entire country. I booked a cylinder on 19th and made the payment too. I still haven't received it. When I called them, the guy says " I'll give you when it comes." , no apologies, no politeness or even niceness. There is nobody incharge I think. I wonder how they even stay in business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No problems with delivery except that two (of the last three) times the cylinder has been leaking at delivery time and had to be exchanged. And I simply cannot get through to the landline numbers when I need a mechanic or to talk to someone about the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The delivery is very slow, takes a couple of days. DO NOT PREPAY your booking online the gas does not turn up. They cancel the booking and there is no way to get your money back. There is no way to track the delivery. The only response you get from the booking number is the automated message that it will be delivered soon. Please use another gas agency and not Dubros. Dubros gas do not answer the phone. If you try for 3-4 days you will get through once and have the opportunity to speak to a very rude person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was anxious after reading the reviews here, but so far I've had a good experience with them.
On registering for a connection, I received the cylinder, stove and the tubing the very same day. I had gone to the centre, so they did all this within an hour.
One of the Stove Knobs had come off recently, for which I had called their technician. They sent him the very same day for repair.
Have only had to book a refill once, so far. Did it via the HP app, and it got delivered the very next day.
Only complaint as of now, has been that they are not available readily over the phone. Their number is either incorrect, unavailable or is not answered. Otherwise service has been good!
