★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very poor management. we had sent parcel to relocate from to bangalore. most of the items become scrap. even whenever we are calling they are ignoring customers. don't take risk of sending parcel in this transport.
whenever we are calling for reimbursing the amount they are just ignoring. if we want to send parcels like scrap y we need to pay lump sum to send parcels. we can option selling for scrap only.
