★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a happy customer with Dwarakamai group. The team working out there is unbelievably friendly and very helping... particularly Mr. Sudhakar and Mr. Manjunath. They go above and beyond to help their customers.
On the technicalities, this is a dream project for the group and Mr. Kishore (MD) has gone into minute details of all the structures. Designing a villa with almost 100% Vaastu compliance is not easy, but this team has done the wonder and we are amazed by their commitment to quality. Locality is peaceful too and in the heart of Kannamangala & Whitefield region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is great! Quality of construction is decent. Floor plan is perfect for Indian family needs. They are yet to go full swing on construction. I am guessing a completion date of overall project at the end of Dec 2021. The approach road is narrow and needs work. Nevertheless, this is a booming location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked flat in an apartment(Apex3) inside villa community and sales team cancelled my booking without proper reason. Wasted my 5 month time assuming that builder keeps his promise. Sales team(Diligent Enterprises) trying to sell flats with false promises and very less knowledge on property.
