★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This electronic shop is situated at lower ground level of South City Mall. They have very good range of electronics with reasonable price. They also offer discounts sometime. Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. They will help to chose you right product from the store. They have also good range of Smart phones with many offers. Home appliances are also available with good range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone to this shop inquiring for a laptop. The taller man in the saffron coloured mask was busy chitchatting with the lady with her back to the camera and her daughter. The attendant of that section, the man in saffron and white t-shirt was standing next to them. I with my niece who needs the laptop for online studies were being completely ignored by them. These two men were aware that we were waiting for assistance despite that they continued with their conversation.
Once they were done with their unimportant small talk, I was able to speak with the attendant. The attendant informed me currently they had hp laptops which were all above 50 thousand. Incidentally my budget was 30k. I asked him would they be restocking soon? To which he directed me towards that taller gentleman in saffron mask. He told me they had no stock of hp laptops in 30 thousand range and it would take a month for that stock to arrive. He immediately thereafter focussed his attention back to that lady with whom he was chatting previously and began helping her with Bajaj Finance installments details.
I felt as if they didn't care for my money and were satisfied with that single customer who was an acquaintance.
I was already unhappy with their service but what really offended me was - the lady (with her back to the camera) was also looking for a hp laptop in the 30k range and she was told to wait while we were plainly told that I'll have to COMEBACK A MONTH LATER to BUY a laptop in 30 thousand rupees range.
