★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor housekeeping inside bus. Plastic papers and food items laying on the floor. Entire bus feels like sitting in Gov Bus. This is not expected from Eagle Corporation.
Our government trying on Swatch Bharat Abhyan and here see the condition of bus in pictures taken on 6-Sept-2019. Pls take nacessary action to improve ur services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus condition was good. Conductor was friendly to help passengers.AC is too good. U need to turn close the flap, sometimes, if u feel too cold ? Looking forward for the ride again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this for traveling from Rajkot to Ahmedabad. Water bottle provided. WiFi was not working. Movie played through pirated/downloaded copy that too very bad. Bus condition was good though. Would try Patel travels next time for better comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed , I used to travel in Eagle since last few months I noticed everytime bus is late almost one hour ,and many times it got cancelled , if I am booking earlier online for reach on time wherever my respactive place , how I would reach on time, I faced this issue many times . Sometimes it's take too much time in city by halt there without any traffic issue and all. So I always got late 2 hours . So I am not satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i have book tickets on this ridiculous company while booking they have not mentioned that it was van service after some point as i was travelling to international so i was having sum of baggage they have drop me at middle of my journey and said we will give you auto and you can go on. Altho auto had drop at airport circle not to terminal 1 That was the last stop.
I HIGHLY SUGGEST DO NOT TRAVEL TO THIS BUS OR BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Air Conditioner is not working and it is quite suffocating to travel for 4-5 hours in this condition. On asking driver and cleaner about the same, they responded very rudely even to lady passengers. They internally discussed that this problem is since about more than one and half month but nobody from management is looking at this to fix it.
