★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fake company ever seen in my life full jhole I am working form last 2 years management is promice you good thing but not done never jone eclerx for chat process salary is less than other company work our are more the manage will order you to extend your shift with out pay and there 2 week offs but your have to work on your week off without pay no PF will deduct form your salary form the company side also any time shift will change if you are working for 5.30 pm to 2.30am next day your shift will 12.30 every days shift changes HR also connected with there management if you escalate any thing never that will happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever no one is helpful here nor HR neither management I've been there for 1 year I've worked so hard for the incentive after leaving this organisation there are not ready to give me my money it is almost 8k to 10k I've resign because of my grandmother as his was serious they are not ready to approved my resignation I've literally cried many times in front of them. Even when I was admitted in the hospital they are not ready to give me medical leaves many time I've to work form hospital it was such horrible experience working with eclerx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to work, a well managed company and far better than concentrix, wns and Wipro. But if you are from BE background then you could get better jobs, depending on you capability.
But for undergraduate this is a best place to start your career.
Food is cheap and canteen is clean and stays open all night.
