Following are the reason why .
Please read carefully .
1. Extreme poor build quality
2. Very poor to no maintenance.
3. High maintenance charges.
4. Complaints are not addressed even in 2 years.
5. Maintenance Staff arrogant.
6. Tapas Dolui a maintenance staff with authority to decide which building will be repaired and plastered will force you to get all interior work by him else he will use his position in eden city maintenance office to hamper the outside maintenance of your flat , almost making your flat leak water from walls and ceilings but will take his revenge for not giving him work.
7. Very poor water quality.
8. Maintenance office staff will not address Your complaints.
9. At parking the vehicles get damaged and scratched . This incident has happened with lots of residents and we had to get a repair done of 40,000 Rupees due to negligence of Eden city security staff.
10. This property or housing complex has severe water logging issues.
11. A civil contractor named Tapas Dolui will always approach to residents asking for repairs claiming charges very very high than the market civil work charges. If the resident doesn’t sign up for the deal he will make sure that your property remains unmaintained from outside for years. We have bullied and harassed by Mr Tapas Dolui since 5 years for not accepting his overpriced civil work offer. As a result of our property till date 1st may 2022 stands un repaired . We have contacted the management and every other media. There must be at least 500 unanswered emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer some really nice projects with prime location and good amenities for any family. We visited some of their sites and the people were very cooperative and knowledgeble. Very happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is good. The connectivity is not at all good though. There are no good infrastructure hospitals nearby. It's good for retired people in one hand owing to a quiet and peaceful environment in the society and due to lack of good hospitals like Apollo or Medica nearby is something to be mindful of for retired and old people.

Service and maintenance are great.
Only problem is water stagged in rainy season.
View is great from windows. 24 hrs water, lift service is also great but the room's walls are not strong enough to hold tv or any other home decor.

The only drawback is communication to the main city as it takes a long time to commute. The great view of the river Ganges from the top floors is very soothing.
