Good location and construction.
Solar water heaters and backup genset.
Assigned parking space.
Play area for kids.
24×7Security.

Society management is not very helpful.They have some illogical rules like flat owners can't have wired broadband service,kids can not play inside society walls.
Access roads from all sides are very narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live here for 6 years and this is a good society to live in. I have got very nice neigbours and there is no any issue regarding work of society. Watchmen are attentive and sincere .There are regular sessions of yoga , zumba and other fitness activities . People celebrate festivals together . I recommend this society to anyone who is looking for a home in this neighborhood .
