★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have given zero stars, kept my mother waiting for her tests for 6-8 hours...very very rude behavior of doctor and staff...Please don't go there...it was a nightmare for my mother...she is suffering a lot. They don't know how to behave with a sick person...my mother was hurt with needles and has developed deep wounds after visiting ECO...This is a fraud institution with zero empathy for patients..they only look for money and will keep you waiting and waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely popular among the people of Kolkata, but needs improvement. no lift facility, poor infrastructure, even the location given on the Google map is not accurate. The staffs are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very rude. The place is quite unhygienic. I had to wait 3 hours for a test cause they were letting other people in who came later. There is no order and even the technicians are very rude. They shout at you for no reason.

Previously I was treated very rudely. But I thought that to be an unfortunate day of mine.
But today I called Arijit Nandi for an enquiry.
The first thing he did is misbehaving telling me that today is a Sunday and so. I had to repeat my question to get the answer. He answered and immediately cut the call. I couldn't ask my further queries...
Most probably lack of a Grievance Cell gives them such liberty to misbehave with the customers.

The receptionists are very very rude,they dont know anything but misbehave. When I gone there for collecting the report, they are saying that go wherevere you want, we will not guide you about from where to collect the report and they dont even gave the final bill, when I asked for final bill, they are simply saying the bill has released thats it. They dont know anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unhygienic washrooms! They are charging12k for an MRI. This is the bare minimum a customer expects. People were not wearing masks properly and no one was really there to follow up on the same.
