★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have most of the house domestic fittings from CG.Since decade we used your product.In recent days we have taken few Fans from Gagnguly Electrical , Rash Behari Ave. Within 2 month a Fan (WALL FLOW 16") stop working Complain lodged. Other two Fan ,one developed loose bearing shaft slippage-reduced speed ,other having slack -giving jark/sound every time it start .We value your product ,but your material quality,shaft steel.. and Q A /Q C is deteriorating. I n this competitive world people may not always accept the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location. Kolkata Poor. Customers service in bengali. Service allocated some other else who don't repairs pump. Executive refuse to transfer Call to senior. They said wait 48hour.
When i try to connect Hindi finally. They forward senior executive He forward issue pump mechanic.
Kolkata. Head office contact no always. Buzy.
Avoid crompton.
Mini Marvel 1hp give up with in 6months. Day by day it loosing its power. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disturbed and upset by the lackadaisical approach of the service dept. to my complaint which was furnished on Friday evening. The water-pump motor had packed up and we were left with no water in the house. Today is Wednesday and nobody has turned up to repair the water-pump. May I ask CG why this attitude.Just because you have established a name for yourself you treat your small value buyers this way. Please change your ways otherwise a time will come you will be left with no buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT : My product is still in an uninstalled condition because I Received Defective Replacement product (storage water heater even after paying 758/- in spite of the product under warranty). Kolkata employees of CG are very very very unprofessional. Somnath Chakraborty (employee) never attended my phn call, rather disconnected it most of the time. Anjani Pawan (employee) said that he gets 40k salary from CG he can not take so much of tnsn of customer grievances, or else he have to commit sucide...!!!!! Moreover they appoints unprofessional service centers (franchise) that gives their level best to scam the customers. The employees of service department are also involved. Pathetic service. I was a big fan of CG since have used their fans, lights & pumps before, but last 1 month changed my view. I will never suggest anyone to purchase a CG product, especially in West Bengal, under Kolkata Office. And will also share my story with the ones whom I used to suggest Crompton.
