★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the embassy for an inquiry,one lady picked the phone asked me politely,then was transferred to a man,he was really stupid and arrogant,He was talking to me with angry,I don't know why?, He asked me about my citizenship,I did not understand that at first,I asked him to repeat,he got really angry ,he did not know how to talk to those who call the embassy at all.such guys are shameful to the embassy and the Wonderful country Ecuador itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff along with the Visa officer in consular section very friendly. But the charges and visa fee is much higher. There is no logic behind a tourist visa costing 450 US dollar.

Not replying email , when I call for inquiries they asking for writing email . And not even replying email .
If you see documents requirement list for visit visa I think it's not different to taking 5 cr loan from bank ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called and mailed them for over 3 months for clarifications and they never replied. Finally we got a mail and an appointment so we took a flight from Kerala to Delhi. Even after spending 4 lakh rupees for flight tickets and 1 lakh on hotel booking in Ecuador they rejected our tourist visa application on very flimsy grounds. Even tho we went there for a tourist visa they were asking us questions like they were giving us a citizenship?. Horrible experience, its better to go to a country where embassy staff respect tourists.
