Joint Statement on the 10th Session of the Deputy Ministerial Working Group between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of South Africa held in Tehran on 23 May 2022 (corresponding to 2 Khor 1401). At the invitation of His Excellency, Dr Ali Bagheri Kani, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Her Excellency, Candith Mashego-Dlamini, the Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa, paid a visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran from 21 to 24 May 2022 to co-chair the 10th Session of the Deputy Ministerial Working Group, as well as to conduct bilateral discussions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Processing times are not accurate via VFs at all. What's worse is - no one will help you. They'll give you generic answers even if you call the Embassy itself. No one will actually track your application for you to see where it is in the lineup. The Embassy in New York did a FAR better job than they have done here. Tremendously disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually ,an appointment is required (which I was not aware of) but nevertheless,we managed to be seen to without a formal appointment being prebooked....As a South African myself,I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service and friendlliness that both South African and Indian staff displayed. I was promptly attended to and my query received urgent attention as was required. From the receptionist to the South African official representatives we dealt with, I wanna say a big THANK YOU , especially to an official named Lulu...you made us feel welcomed.Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally THE WORST EMBASSY in INDIA right now. The new ambassador doesn't know how to talk to their applicants. Don't dare to call these people as they only say they can't help it VFS will deal with it and the person attending the call wants to hang up the phone as if there's a marathon to hang up calls. My Dependent visitor visa is 3 weeks late now, which my family members got within 5 working days 6months ago. The previous ambassador was really good and the visas were granted within time frame. I have applied and have been granted visa for other countries like UAE as well they were the most helpful but DONOT DARE TO GO SOUTH AFRICA within this ambassador's service period.
Would have given 0/black/negative star if google allowed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic embassy. If you call them then they will say VFS will handle it and if you call VFS then they will say we can't do anything until Embassy will reply. What a great way of working and owning the responsibility. They do have minimum time for processing but not maximum time. How is that possible. Even if you will not receive visa after year, VFS will say we have to just wait for embassy decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anyone knows where i should contract for my visa n passport? I'm from Bangladesh. Its been 2 months i apply for my visa renewal still is no reply. They hold my passport also. I Can't even travel any where without my passport.
I e-mail them several time to several person no 1 repaly. How u guys r so irresponsible. If u Don't give visa your should give me back my passport.
