β β β β β There is a new lady hired at the Embassy who has no sense on how to speak with people, has no decency or respect when it comes to the age or reason for call. This is such a shame to see an Embassy hiring a staff who is not capable of doing their job right. They have also partnered with VFS who has no sense to read and understand a persons requests or history of travel. After travelling to Morocco multiple times to meet family members via a Invite, they still harass us stating there is no hotel booking hence we will not process the application, but the embassy confirms there is no need for hotel booking when you have an invite and a place to stay in morocco. Dealing with the embassy directly was so much better.
