โ โ โ โ โ The lady at the front office is enough rude and her way of talking is way too disappointing. She will really not bother from where the call is from and what is their concern, she will speak in rude manner and hang the phone when the person is still online. Hope she reads it and is mature enough to put efforts to checkguard her behaviour .

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday, I called Luxembourg Embassy to enquire about certain things. The lady who spoke to me was very polite. I called the embassy twice and asked her lot of questions but she was very patient and guided me well through the process.
