However, I called to their embassy at New Delhi in India and managed to speak someone, by the tone the person seemed to be a local female. But she was so helpless, arrogant and rude as lacking the basic etiquettes required over the phone.Very disappointing ................

Since Covid-19, the embassy will be on vacation, but will there be officers without looking at the official mails? I do not know. I have not received a single email in the last two months. Please understand that there will be a lot of people like me waiting for this for more than two months. You are addressing a country called Serbia, so the embassy staff is asking you to wake up and work.
