They behave as if we, the consumers are their slaves. They reply rudely as if they are doing a favour to us by replying.
Employees seriously need to he sensitized for consumers friendly behaviour.

I went to your center and did not take the connection due to the improper behavior of the staff and took the connection from other distributor.
