★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular ambiance and wonderful beauty service by Pooja And Pleasing courtesy by Anubhooti at Reception! Must visit to feel Class and world class salon as interiors are fabulous! Staff is well trained and best to offer excellent services! Just a disappointment for not offering just a Water or coffee from them as the charges of each service is in high range! I suggest Enrich salon to pamper your clients with a Water bottle and Tea/Coffee with cookies! Finally Enrich Salon is top rated and one of the best Salon of Surat city! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good and hygienic and services are also good but billing and payment system is very confusing. Sometimes you will have to ask for the membership discount and some time different rates are charged. Credit points get expired without any alerts and billing executives will also not tell you about the redumption at the time of the billing. Yo will get the email alert after the exiry of the points,So one has to take care of all the things when you are processing the bill. Take the individual break up of each service with price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all worth the money and the brand that it is. Train your people not only for the haircut but for the actual hair type and a better outcome! Got my haircut done through a “master stylist” who did had knowledge but not the skill. My hair looked better before the haircut. Total waste and low quality!

He is undoubtably the best, counselled me about the whole process, made me feel at home since the whole thing could get lengthy and tiresome. I feel really happy and confident in my new balayage now :) Huge cheers to SAM! If you plan on getting your hair coloured, you know who to ask for :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my permanent straightening done in July.On the day of final wash i was being told that my hair is looking amazing and has been straightened perfectly.However,the same day on returing back home to my horror saw my hair completely rough and frizzy.My hair has lost all the moisture and tured into 'jhadu'
I have paid 10k for this procedure.I have already visited the salon twice after permanent straightening.I was later told that straightening wasn't done properly and that they will re do it within 1half hours by another stylist.then later they came up and told me that i should come again after 21 days??
I need an explaination for the damage caused to my hair and the amount of time wasted at the salon.Have wasted 8 hrs at the salon and 2 days after it.My hair is upto my waistline and is looking horrendous now.I haven't received any call after the last consult for appointment confirmation even after calling them repeatedly.
I have consulted my regular hair stylist back in Mumbai, who told me that repeated application of chemicals will make my hair sensitive.I have been getting straightening done for the past 8 years and never have i ever faced such a prob

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had dreadlocks that needed washing and also wanted to shave off the rest of my hair and have hair tattoos there. The master stylist Aashish Naiy did an amazing job with my hair. Washed and styled my dreads with perfection, and shaved the head with beautiful hair tattoos on both sides. The tattoos were done perfectly, neatly and looked very attractive. Absolutely lovely work.
