Pathetic and unreliable. STAY AWAY!!!
I am an old member of this Salon and visit regularly.
I had booked a Saree Draping service at home as part of preparation of a wedding I had to attend. Home visit was confirmed by salon a day prior to schedule (the salon manager connected me to the beautician Lata and I spoke to her personally - she also agreed to come)
On the day of event the beautician JUST DID NOT SHOW UP!!!
I called salon on their mobile number atleast 10 times and they chose to ignore all the calls I was making desperately to provide some solution for the situation.
It's unbelievable and extremely pathetic unprofessional behaviour.
If they can do this to an old member of salon, I don't what will they do to new ones.
STAY AWAY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a lively experience at the Powai Enrich. The staff is really courteous. I went there for a haircut and was really happy with the services. The products recommend by Rohit and Saloni K suited my hair alot. Would really recommend to visit their store.

They have no idea how to schedule appointments despite having so many people on their staff. Insisted on me styling my hair before getting a pedicure - so I would have to sit there while my hair got undone. When I requested for a pedicure they made me wait for extremely long.
In the end I didn’t get anything done due to their mismanagement.

I went for hair spa..at powai salon … stylist Mr Rahul.. so called senior stylist….. misguided me and influenced me for QOD treatment… it was so horrible that I stared experiencing tremendous hairfall and breakage… ..later on I heard they are using all expired products for customers ..I would never suggest Enrich to anyone… shame on them… just trying to make up money lost during lockdown… they should not be playing with someone’s skin and hair.. very unprofessional…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the treatment of oleo bond from the senior stylist Surindar Singh but the person was not experienced as it seem. The treatment has become worst nightmare for me. First of all the treatment was not done properly and secondly I am facing a severe hair fall now. They are fooling customer with the charges by representing the inexperienced person to be Senior stylist. Please be careful and do not take service from this salon. As their other branch are better experience employee than this branch.their focus only to sale Products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my sister's wedding coming week and we wear out on shopping at Powai.....we visited Enrich Salon to buy some skincare products and perfumes. We were really impressed by the way one of your employee named Dimple guided us. She was so empathetic and suggested us the exact type of product that we were looking for, felt like she already knew what we wanted. To be Frank i have never bought expensive perfumes, but all the perfumes presented to me smelled sooo good i ended up buying 2 perfume. Keep up the good staff...

The staff as well as the managers were very supportive and pleasant.
Over all experience was excellent and worth the time and money spent.
