★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked appointment for hair colour, keratin treatment for my aunt and hair cuts for my neices the salon did a great job they all loved it they would not stop talking about how warm and welcoming the staff was

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone here i.e. at the Powai branch itself for my baby's haircut. Wasn't satisfied at all. The professional who cut his hair didn't know properly how to cut. Whichever hair on the head he was cutting , all the hair was calling on his face. When I told him that the baby is getting irritated with the cut hair on his face and mouth he said he knows it and it's ok. I mean it's so ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend for infants hair cut at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first ever smoothning & keratine which was done very nicely after that my second service done recently butox as well as the hair cut done by Ashraf's himself . The salon staff is excellent at their job. It was really awesome experience I had there. Definitely I would recomend the salon for new look. Location is very good and quick service.Thank you for giving me new look & frizz free beautiful hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars only for the hair dresser irshaan. He was the only one who was working rest all were just resting and simply doing nothing. I request the owner to take strict action such snobs. Very happy with the hair cut. Service is down though. Employees were just sitting and chatting and cared least about the walkin clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good ambience, the staff is so amiable and obliging. I had done my hair smoothening from here, they had festive offer going on. It was really a good experience. Place is easy to locate and they have ample space to cover the clients without making them wait.
