The masseuse Girija was excellent at her work, pleasant to talk to and gave good relief with her therapy. She has magic hands and voila I was relieved of frozen shoulder pain. Dr. Kanchan is experienced and pleasant natured. Mr. Sanil was accommodative. Overall good experience. Will definitely recommend to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first experience I had of Ayuverdic treatment was during Diwali last year. Shirodar is a head message. It was good. The flow of oil energised my forehead and opened the crown area removing blockages.
Today, I had podikizzi because I noticed some pain in my hips during the cold weather. I think the massage was absolutely brilliant. The same lady I had for Shirodar applied the techniques but this time she used a hot linen pad of herbs to seal my skin before beginning a deep massage. She used the palm of her hand and her thumb and index finger. She is an excellent practitioner and a very joyful person, who made me feel better. I think the price was fair too. The centre is in a very nice part of the city, close to gardens and a lake. The session was very advanced in terms of the depth of the rubbing into my muscles.
I think this is a hygienic, courteous and professional place to go for aches and pains.

He has cured my back pain, caused due to a fall, my neck sprain, stiffness and treated me for a lot other result oriented therapies. I make sure that i visit Thapovan at least once in a month. It releases all my stress and make me feel rejuvenated.

I have disc bulge in L3 L4 and L4 L5 according to MRI report. I have severe lower back pain. I feel pain in my both legs and upper spine whenever threr is severe lower back pain. I did physiotherapy sessions and chiropractic session, but no improvement. It gives temporary relief. Is there permanent treatment for my lower back pain in your center?

Her homely gesture, her care and concern towards my pain and her best massaging ability has really made me her fan. I remember the first day i entered Thapovan for this treatment, i could barely walk and i had extreme pain in my Right hand.
