★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there for Nose treatment but its horrible experience. They don't maintain time. Waiting time for me 1 hr And lake of knowledge for the reception persons. They don't accept any digital payment, only on cash to save the tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic so far I have visited in Electronic City, Bangalore. I took an appointment one day before for ENT, next day correct on time I was available in the clinic. They made me to wait for more than one hour and later when my turn came I was sent to the Gynecologist. The receptionist neither ask for what I am here and made me wait. Later the Gynecologist told that please check with reception for ENT care. The complete hospital staffs were looking at each other and later they told the ENT doctor will come after 2 hours. Please wait. Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for appointment not sure it’s a hospital , I asked for ENT doc he suggest for gyno doc then again I said ent he said come by 3 PM some lady picked the receiver from him and say come by 6 don’t come , immediately I realised it’s Shalu be fake and I disconnected. But not sure about doc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please go to ENT Doctor if you have lot of time and patience and when your Ear, Nose and tongue is able to tolerate the pain. You cant go for emergency as we dont know when Doctor will come, initially they will 7:30 pm , later 8 and finally 9 and not sure even 9 Doctor will come or not.
