★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office has been harassed me many times at the time of claiming the PF and pension. Till now many people are facing various problems here. None of the officers of EPF Field office is helpful. At the ground floor, bribe is also claimed for doing work faster than others. Government should take necessary actions to stop this entire wrong process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen lots of people has given less rating. may be all employees are not as excellent as the one I have dwelt with. I had my PF stuck for a long time moreover 3yrs and I was not able to withdraw that amount due to my employer fault or it can be said partially my fault. Whenever I raise grievance it was getting closed as I applied for full pf withdrawal earlier. My employer did not sumit the whole amount at a time as a result after full and final withdrawal of my PF there were still amount left which I was not able to withdraw in these last 3 years. Finally my case was given to a lady , I really dont know her name but she was the only one who noticed that I have amount left in my PF account and she took the initiative to raise it for me and believe you me she did that and finally I received my left over amount. No matter whatever good words I say about her that will be really really nothing on the effort she had given. I am really really greateful to her. Its not the amount which matters its the intension to help that matters and she has really proven that.
