★ ★ ★ ★ ★ यदि आप यहाँ आते हैं तो आपके पास ऐसी esi का पहचान कार्ड साथ होना अनिवार्य है.अपने आलावा जिसका भी इलाज आप कराना चाहते हैं उस व्यक्ति का फोटो आपके esi पहचान कार्ड पर लगा होना जरूरी है।
यदि आपके पहचान कार्ड पर फोटो और जिस कम्पनी में आप कार्य करते हैं बहाँ की मोहर लगी हुई नहीं है तो आप यहाँ से दवा अथवा इलाज नहीं करा सकते?
सुबह 8: A M तक आजायेंगे तो आपको बेहतर रहेगा? कारण है यहाँ का लाइन में खडे होना. डिस्पेंसरी खुलने का टाइम वैसे तो 9AM का है लेकिन आधा एक घंटा पहले आएं क्योंकि यहाँ काफ़ी भीड़ रहती है.
यहाँ एक चीज जो मैंने देखी है काफ़ी ज्यादा गलत लगी... जिन व्यक्ति को दवाई लेना है अथवा रेफर कराना है दोनों को एक ही लाइन में लगा दिया जाता है होना यह चाहिए की दवाई वाला व्यक्ति एक लाइन में लगे और जिसे रेफर कराना है उस व्यक्ति को दूसरी लाइन होनी चाहिए.
If you come here then it is mandatory for you to have the identity card of such esi. Apart from yourself, the photo of the person whose treatment you want to get is necessary on your esi identity card.
If the photo on your identity card and the stamp of the company in which you work is not there, then you cannot get medicine or treatment from here?
8 in the morning: Will you be better if you come to A to M? The reason is to stand in line here. The opening time of the dispensary is 9AM, but come half an hour earlier because there is a lot of crowd here.
Here one thing which I have seen seems very wrong... The person who has to take medicine or is to be referred, both are put in the same line, it should be that the person with medicine should be in one line and who has to be referred That person should be the second line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Government ESI local dispancery from here you can avail medical facility if you are enrolled in ESIC and have a valid ESIC documents, But drawback is you have to show all your documents, agency should upgrade themself into digital. all works here still are on papers.
