★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful nature around . good service ,last 5 monts before esi hospitals mohannagar is the covid care center ,esi hospital of mohannagar is far old .nice design of building but no rooms empty .not in use ,before corona some of few people admited there ,I don't know why government
Hospitals are not to be like active , energetic what's the problem ,each employee cut there esi amount but not to be satisfied patients , please improve this things I don't know what's the wrong ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital staff is not supportive, Especially ESIC claim dept. they had rejected my claim just for income certificate. Not provided any proper information.
Doctors are good but if doctor is on leave ..there is no alternative option available.
Hospital is not bad as compared to goverment hopitals. cleaning is not a so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Covid vaccine all the arrangements are done nicely. Arrow Marking on floor to guide people to vaccination centre. Many chairs for seating and immediatly coupon was issued. People above 60 yes can directly Walk in with Aadhar card. No prior appointment, registration is needed.
Overall cleanliness is good. Person distributing coupon is very rude and unprofessional.
My mother got covaxine (18 Mar) However there is no choice.
Total time needed approx 1hr.
Waiting outside 15 min. Waiting inside vaccination booth 15 min. and 30 min under observation after vaccination.
Starts at 10.00 am (don't know when it ends), closed on Sundays.
Got 2nd vaccine today (24Apr). Common line for 1st and 2nd vaccine. Both vaccines (covishield, covaxine) are available. However now it took 2hrs to get it because of huge rush.

Less crowded for vaccination jab within 5-10 mins you can have the vaccination.
Vaccination and other ward direction mentioned here so easy to track.
Covaxin is available at 1st floor.
Good parking space to park vehicles.
