Cleaning ladies are a bit rude. That's why deducting one star.
They provide great ER service. It is precise and immediate. Even if the patient is admitted, the doctors come to visit them twice a day. They take utmost care of the patient.

β β β β β It is a very good hospital in treatments.
The ambience and facilities are good.
Various faculties like chemotherapy,ICU,emergency services,trauma care,etc. are present.
There is a lot of parking area in the hospital.
But the canteen of the hospital does not provide such a good food.
Overall the behaviour of staff and doctors is polite and humble.?

- less staff including nurses
- for me in 5 days, nurse forgot to put injection (left on bed) so I went to tell her to give me injection
- once the saline is done, they don't come back to remove, but you need to call or go with set so as to remove it
- bedsheets not charged in 5 days
- toilet distance from bed is too far away for a patient to walk in weakness
- no doctor visit on 1 day out of 5
- food quality must be improved, its not upto the mark
- billing section needs to be knowledgable on at least payment modes!
- nurses need training for putting injection so that it won't heart

β β β β β Do not at all recommend the hospital as they are just there to mint money from patients. No proper facilities available and absolutely no transparency in operations. Very costly and have charged me exorbitantly high for medicines pathology administrator charges . They charged me 81k for medicines for 5 days with no details given. They charged me 24 k for pathology and no reports given. So please save yourselves and do not enter this hospital. I am going to raise this to consumer forum and medical fraternity

β β β β β Positive - Nice experience due to multi speciality under one roof. No requirement to go outside the building. Nice and experienced doctor support available depends on your pocket size and affordability. Parking facility is good. Crowd management is good.
Negative - 3rd class manpower at Security and HK. Very rude and arrogant behaviour of them with relatives as like these people are the owner of hospital. Unhappy with this staff because they don't follow Covid norms.
Most of the staff, Doctors don't use mask which is serious concern
