★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABMH Pune is a very good hospital. The doctors are every experienced and care the patients very well. Nursing staffs are also very supportive. Recently one of my friend was admitted there with post Covid complications. Now finally he is out with smile on his face. I got a chance to visit him there multiple times. So I can say they took proper care of my friend and treated the attendants like me well also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an experience with Aditya Birla Hospital and its frustrating for the family and the patient. There are no proper guidelines. Some of the people in security have high attitude issues and lack empathy which is a big deal breaker for hospital of this stature.
The family even of the patient is on there mercy if they can meet the patient to feed them food on time.
There is no set protocol which can be shared and followed by the family of the patient and the people in charge of the security to come to a common ground of agreement. We are in the mercy of security guards who enjoy there power of not letting you meet the patient on critical time if need.
There is also no accessible team to hear and sort out grievances on situations like these. During admission also there is no guidance provided to the patients family. The security even stops to meet the admin and if you meet the admin he tells some new rules which no one tells when the patient is admitted. Very much frustrated and kind of scared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this hospital's service since 2009 and it used to be a good health-care facility, but not anymore. The reception desk staffs r rude and uncooperative with serious attitude issues; unclear of their duties and making sick patients run from one desk to another. The hospital floors r unkempt. The chairs in doctors' rooms r visibly broken. Overall, the hospital has an air of negligence and lack of efficiency. The management needs to up their game if they want their lost glory regained.

I am very thankful to the doctors who did the best diagnosis and did not leave any doubts to what the issue can be. My mother recovered very well and is at that moment in best of her health. I am very grateful to all the staff members who were taking care of every little details and we 're patient and helpful in every way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2017 we used to get treatment in this hospital. If you have insurance then only you can visit or use this hospital. I have worst experience about the billing. Even if you have insurance and cashless facility you must have to deposit amount 20k to 80k at the time of hospitalization. One you deposited the amount they have target to bill maximum amount in insurance and 70 to 80% they are charging non billable amount in billing which are not covered under insurance it means forget your deposited amount. There is no complaint facility only feedback form will be provided. Arrogance is visible from secuerity to some times doctors level. Billing section is horrible. No straight answers, only shows the ignorance towards your queries. No hopes of refund of your hard earned money once deposited with hospital. Be careful.

They have the friendliest staffs that greeted you with a smile and were always patient with impatient clients. I will recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting this hospital for my mother and father's treatment from 2013. Done procedures like cataract, thyroid removal. Currently taking radiation therapy for my father. Overall experience is good. Doctors are knowledgeable and provide good care and provide valuable inputs. I am not giving 5 stars only because I feel the final discharge procedures can be more efficient and less time consuming. I have experienced very lengthy process for both cash and cashless payments.
