β β β β β Money hungry hospital... They made me pay Rs1291by clear cheating!!! Just because by mistake there was remark from insurance company to collect money from patient..Even insurance company provided approval for full amount asked by hospital. Hospital has good facilities but not efficient systems when it comes to insurance settlement process.. There always chaos in TPA cell on Saturdays..... ADVICE:Never opt for gold ward if your insurance patient...

β β β β β Very good. Dr understands the patient requirements. Motivates the patients. Clears all the doubts calmly. He gave very nice diet plan. Overall diabetes knowledge. Great experience. My uncle changed several Dr's. Now he is more happy and feels that he is in Safe Hands now. He started Following diet plan seriously after having talk with the Dr. Satisfied by the result of Dr Gade's Diabetes Treatment. I would recommend everyone - Sure visit him for Best Diabetes Treatment.

β β β β β I visited yesterday for the treatment of my mother for angeoplasty . The experience was very good with the cardiologist dr. Rajesh badani and his assistant doctor. They explain everything smoothly to us that relive our tension being a relative. The two days experience with the security staff and with the doctor was very good.
But after bill payment we go to get the discharge summary the staff at the counter waited for 3 hours and 30 minutes to give me the summary . Just give me the reason that system problem. But that not the system problem that is that specific staff lack of knowledge of the system .at 6 pm when her colleague arrived she just clear it with in a minute I am not mentioned the name of the staff here.
But if there is any bug or system problem in the office they should be trained to tackle with it except waited someone for around 4 hrs only to give the discharge summary. Very pathetic service at the specific department and with the staff. Not happy at the end they say a sorry for wasting my time.
Management should work on that.
We get the good service form each and every counter and from every staff but the whole good service was destroyed by that one thing which I experienced while getting the discharge summary at the office. That's why I ll give only 3 star.

β β β β β Humm big name with bad fame. Had booked an CT scan appointment however after visiting got to know that machine was out of service since past 2 days. Common how can you take appointment or even if you had anticipated you could have informed before visist, forget about informing before visit you could have atleast informed before accepting the payment. After i complained they were ready to refund but all this hassle could have been avoided.
