★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we were in search of our dream car we went to Esprit Toyota, the best customer service was provided by Sales Executive Mr. Gurmukh Singh, he is so prompt and have in depth knowledge of the brand and cars that can clear your queries even before you think of it, when we were searching we went to many other showrooms of other brands like Maruti, Hyundai and even other Toyota dealerships but the best service we got here at Esprit Toyota Mathura Road by Gurumukh Singh, I wud strongly recommend Esprit Toyota when u have plans to buy Toyota vehicle and when u go there ask to be attended by Gurumukh you will get all your doubts clear at best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters and fraud. They sold us a faulty Fortuner which is being facing DPF issue and has been to the dealership 3 times in less than 20 days and now they refused to resolve the complaint. Our vehicle is now stuck at their service center in Mohan Coperative, new delhi. We are helpless and feeling betrayed by Toyota and Espirit both. My advice is to anyone reading this is please don't buy Toyota fortuner vehicle, all of them seem to be faulty and Toyota is not doing anything to resolve them. Our car is less than 1 year old and already facing these issues. Stay away from Toyota Fortuner 2021 Model.
